I am asking this because some of the default replacements from that link erase patters and different design images. Which I am not really happy about, I like the fact that it reduces the shine and that it makes the clothes look more 3D, but some designs are actually really nice to be deleted.

The only mod that does that is Story Progression. I am not sure why, but whenever I use the MasterController and the Integration mods in my Sims 3 game, it causes my game to freeze up every time. None of the other mods seem to cause any problems, but these do, for some strange reason.
